What we learned shipping FewChat

We assumed creators wanted more agents. They wanted fewer. Cutting down to New Chat and Music turned out to be the product, not a limitation.

We assumed people would scroll old chats. Most don't — they want a fresh thread per song. So we built threading around projects, not conversations.

We assumed mobile would be a nice-to-have. It's now 60% of usage. Designing mobile-first changed how every screen looks.
